Prime Ministers of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh, Laos Sonexay Siphandone, and Cambodia Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet had a working breakfast and special exchange with representatives from the ASEAN Business Advisory Council ASEAN BAC) in Vientiane on October 10.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has urged the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN BAC) to work together with the governments and people of ASEAN countries in key works for further economic development.

Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has called for joint efforts from business communities in ASEAN member nations to build a resilient ASEAN with a spirit of cohesion and responsiveness towards effectively controlling the COVID-19 pandemic and promoting post-pandemic economic recovery.

An online consultation of ASEAN economic ministers with the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN BAC) took place on August 24 under the chair of Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh.

Many initiatives will be offered to foster cooperation among regional businesses towards further promoting trade and investment exchange after Vietnam takes over the chairmanship of the EABC in 2020.
