Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ha Kim Ngoc and US Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Bonnie Jenkins co-chaired the 13th Vietnam-US Political, Security, and Defence Dialogue in Hanoi on August 26.
