Ha Giang (VNA) – Ha Giang needs to step up external relations to aid its socio-economic development in 2016, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trun𓆏g has said.
Trung also urged the locality to design a plan for the work in a five-year frame when addressing a conference on external relations on March 3 in the northern mountainous province.
He referred to a focus on activities to promote relations with Chinese localities and other international partners.
