General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee and President of Laos, Thongloun Sisoulith, along with his spouse and a high-ranking delegation, arrived in Hanoi on the morning of September 10, beginning a state visit to Vietnam from September 10-13.
