The Indonesia National Transportation Safety Committee (NTSC) has completed downloading the information from the flight data recorder and the cockpit voice recorder of the crashed AirAsia plane QZ8501.

The data wassuccessfully converted and there were no issues with the quality, saidNTSC air transport accident investigator Masruri.
According to Chairman of the NTSC Tatang Kurniadi, analysing the data,drawing conclusions, and publishing a final report on the crash willtake at least ten more months.
While examining the plane debris, investigators found no signs the plane exploded before crashing into the Java Sea .
AirAsia Flight QZ8501 lost contact with air traffic control in themorning of December 28, only 42 minutes after taking off from Indonesia’s Surabaya airport for Singapore .
It carried162 passengers and crew members, including 155 Indonesians, threeKoreans, one Singaporean, one Malaysian, one French, and one British.
To date, 48 bodies of the victims have been found, 36 of which have been identified.-VNA
