The People's Committee of Vi Xuyen district in the northern province of Ha Giang on November 21 held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 24 new houses in replace of the old temporary and dilapidated ones across 18 communes.

The organising board of the “Xuan Truong Sa” 2022 (Spring in Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago) programme on January 12 donated money to build new houses for families of two naval soldiers, and presented 50 gifts to policy beneficiaries, dioxin victims and poor households in Nam Van commune, the northern province of Nam Dinh.
