National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man on December 18 met with newly-appointed ambassadors and heads of Vietnam's representative offices abroad before they take on their new assignments.

The newly-appointed ambassadors of Bulgaria, Italy, Brazil, Tunisia, Iceland, Lesotho, Syria, Benin, Malta, and Ghana on January 16 presented their credentials to Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong.
