The Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission decided to give a reprimand to Nguyen Van Huyen, former Secretary of the Party Committee and former Director of the Department for Roads of Vietnam, during its 52nd meeting held in Hanoi from December 9-11.

Right after the traffic-opening ceremony, vehicles in both directions passed the bridge; and even it was rush hour, the vehicles moving under the bridge no longer suffered from the congestion as before.
