The National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) of Malaysia has successfully blocked 19 million RM (about 4.2 million USD) from being transferred in online financial fraud cases and seized 6 million RM to date, according to Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Thai cabinet has approved a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to be signed between the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society of Thailand and the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia on cooperation in the suppression of cyber-related scams, according to Thai government deputy spokeswoman Traisulee Traisoranakul.
