The number of people participating in social insurance in Vietnam surpassed 17.4 million in the first four months of 2024, up 1.73% from the same period last year, according to the Vietnam Social Security (VSS).

The annual “Xuan Que Huong” (Homeland Spring) programme – the biggest cultural event held for overseas Vietnamese (OVs) on the occasion of the Lunar New Year - will take place in Ho Chi Minh City on February 1-2, or the 22nd-23rd day of the 12th lunar month.
