After a period of construction, several boat piers on the Huong (Perfume) River in Hue city, Thua Thien-Hue province, have been completed. These new piers are expected to enhance river tourism, connect community and heritage sites, and offer fresh experiences for visitors to Hue.

The “Hue - The capital of gastronomy” festival was held recently in celebration of the Reunification Day and May Day holiday. It offered the public a new perspective on and interesting experiences in not only cuisine from Hue but also from other regions around the country.
