Hanoi(VNA) – President Nguyen Xuan Phuc is scheduled to hold phone talks withRussian President Vladimir Putin on September 16.
At the talks, the two leaders will discuss measures to boost the comprehensivestrategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia and cooperation in fightingCOVID-19.
