Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh was welcomed by Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jasim Al-Thani at Amiri Diwan Palace in Doha on the morning of October 31 (local time). Following the welcomeing ceremony, the two leaders held talks.
