SK Ecoplant Co, an energy and environmental solutions provider from the Republic of Korea (RoK), said on June 11 that it has completed the installation of rooftop solar panels at Samil Vina plant in the southern province of Dong Nai.

Almost 5,500 rooftop solar projects with a combined design capacity of 580.5 MWp have been developed in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak, according a representative from Vietnam Electricity (EVN)’s Central Power Corporation.

The Vietnam Renewable Energy Week 2020 was launched in Hanoi on August 25 by the Vietnam Sustainable Energy Alliance, the Vietnam Climate Action Alliance, and the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations.
