The Vietnamese Embassy in Japan held a ceremony on November 22 to present the Prime Minister's certificates of merit to Sojitz Corporation and Sumitomo Corporation in recognition of their contributions to Vietnam-Japan friendship and cooperation.

Hong Duc Industry JSC, part of DEEP C Industrial Zones, Bamboo Capital Group and Sojitz Corporation on November 25 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop an industrial park project and ancillary infrastructure services with expected total investment capital of approximately 250 million USD.

President Tran Dai Quang has hoped that Japanese businesses will increase investment in Vietnam, especially in developing hi-quality infrastructure and support industry.
