TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company of Vietnam has bought the Nghe An Tate& Lyle sugar company from the UK’s Tate & Lyle PLC.
A contract to the effect was signed in Hanoi on April 20.
Thecompany said once the transaction completes, the company, which iscurrently known as TH true Milk producer, will zone off the materialsareas and focus on improving sugarcane yield to help increase income forfarmers.
