Visiting General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam and Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between the two countries' ministries, sectors and agencies following their talks in Ulaanbaatar on the afternoon of September 30.

The State visit to Mongolia by Party General Secretary and State President To Lam is expected to open up new avenues for businesses in both countries to expand their partnerships and explore investment opportunities.
