Sabina Stein, Head of Governance & Participation, UNDP in Vietnam, has recently penned an article, lauding Vietnam’s engagement in international human rights instruments and cooperation.

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with Clingendael Academy of the Netherlands opened a training course for Vietnamese officials on the implementation of the UN Convention Against Torture (UNCAT) at the academy on October 1.

Experts from Vietnam and the European Union (EU) shared experience in ensuring human rights while implementing the United Nations Convention against Torture (UNCAT).
