On the morning of May 9 (local time), Party General Secretary To Lam and his spouse along with leaders from various countries attended the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of Victory of Great Patriotic War (1945–2025), held at Red Square in Moscow, Russia.

About 500 Vietnamese expatriates recently gathered in Moscow to welcome their homeland’s military delegation preparing for the Victory Day parade marking Russia’s 80th anniversary of the Great Patriotic War triumph.
