After the success of Vietnamese artists’ paintings at the London Affordable Art Fair 2024 in May, other artworks by Vietnamese artists were exhibited at another edition of the fair in the United Kingdom’s capital city on October 16 to 20.

French auction house Aguttes is focusing on major works by Vietnamese artists on March 11.

Paintings of renowned Vietnamese artists have continually been up for auction at home and aboard recently, attracting artwork hunters from both Vietnam and other countries.

A silk painting by Vietnamese master artist Nguyen Phan Chanh (1892-1984), one of the leading painters of Vietnamese contemporary fine arts, has been sold at over 853,000 USD (6.7 million HKD) at an auction by Christie’s Hong Kong.

More than 38 paintings in different media by Vietnamese artists are now on display at the Travelling 2017 exhibition at the China Art Museum in Shanghai.
