Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received General Director Kudryashov Sergei Ivanovich of Russian oil and gas company Zarubezhneft in Kazan on October 23 (local time) as part of his working trip to Russia to attend the expanded BRICS Summit.

The oil-gas and energy sector forms a key pillar in the Vietnam-Russia cooperation, the development of which receive significant attention from leaders of both sides, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha told visiting General Director of Russia’s Zarubezhneft JSC Sergey Ivanovich Kudryashov at their meeting in Hanoi on June 19.
