HCM City (VNA) –ꦛ Nearly 300applicants were able to find jobs at the Vietnam-France job festival 2018 heldin Ho Chi Minh City on May 12.

The event was co-organised by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV), the FranceAlumni Vietnam and the French Embassy in Vietnam.

French Consul General in HCM City Vincent Floreanisaid the event is part of activities to enhance solidarity and friendshipbetween France and Vietnam, on the occasion of the 45th founding anniversary ofthe diplomatic relations and the fifth year of the strategic partnershipbetween the two countries.

The event offered chances forVietnamese youngsters, especially those who were trained in France and underFrench programmes in Vietnam to access job opportunities and learn about markettrends, he added.

💖 As many as 35 Vietnamese andFrench firms in various fields from trade, banking, distribution,accounting-auditing, communications, education, IT, construction, hotel, andtourism, participated in the festival.

A series of symposium on human resourcestrategies, business introduction and skills in international markets were alsoheld at the event. CCIFV Director Guillaume Crouzetsaid these workshops helped applicants to develop communications capacity andexplore new occupations.-VNA

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.
