The VEA said that the forecast is based on the situation in previous years.

In early March, theVEA launched a mobile application named “Envisoft”, which provides frequentupdates on air quality sourced from automatic air monitoring stations managedby the VEA and departments of natural resources and environment of provincesand cities.

Aside from tellingreal-time air quality index (AQI), the app creates AQI graphs of the past hoursand days, give health recommendations and warnings on corresponding figures andrank air quality based on monitoring stations./.
