The ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) commenced in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia on April 26, as the first event of the 26 th ASEAN Summit.
Vietnamese Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh attended atthe event together with his counterparts from nine other ASEAN memberstates of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines,Singapore, and Thailand.
