Quang Binh (VNA) – Leading officials of the central province ofQuang Binh hosted a reception on August 24 for delegates to the ASEAN PlusYouth Volunteer Forum and ASEAN Plus Youth Volunteer Award.
Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Ho AnPhong briefed the participants on the locality’s potential, strengths andachievements in all socio-economic aspects, as well as its developmentorientations, with focus on promoting innovation and start-ups among youths.
He expressed his hope that each youth visiting Quang Binhthis time will become an ambassador helping to promote the image of the province’s land and people to international friends.
Muhammad Dika Harliadi, a member staff of the ASEAN Secretariat,thanked the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, theNational Committee for Youth in Vietnam and the People's Committee of QuangBinh province for organising this meaningful forum.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Plus Youth Volunteer Forum and ASEAN Plus Youth Volunteer Award opened in the central province of Quang Binh on August 24.
PM Pham Minh Chinh highlighted how Vietnam's revolutionary press has continuously evolved and strengthened over the past century, affirming its role as a sharp and vital political, cultural, and ideological weapon serving the Fatherland and the people in the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party.

At a review conference held on June 21, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh praised the province’s scientific, coordinated, and flexible approach. He noted that the early completion reflects the strong commitment of local authorities, the business community, philanthropists, and residents in improving housing conditions for disadvantaged groups.
