The title aims to recognise Prof. Dr. A Min Tjoa’s valuablecontributions to promoting training and scientific research cooperationbetween Hue University and Austrian education establishments, helpingthe university join the network of Asian-European universities in 2006.
Prof. Dr. A Min Tjoa also directly guided a numberof Hue University lecturers in conducting doctoral theses and fosteredthe signing of an agreement on cooperation and joint training of ITdoctors between Hue University and the Vienna University of Technology.
Speaking at the award ceremony on April 13, Prof.Dr. A Min Tjoa said it was honour for him to receive the “HonoraryProfessor” title of Hue University. He also promised to do his utmost tofurther step up cooperation between Hue University and the ViennaUniversity of Technology./.
