Belgium’s East Flanders moves to court Vietnamese investors

Attending theseminar themed “Preferences for Vietnamese businesses when investing inEast Flanders”, Marc affirmed that Vietnam, especially Can Tho city, isalways Belgium’s strategic partner.

The 30-yearties between Belgium and Can Tho have brought many Belgian experts toVietnam to instruct how to apply advanced scientific technologies tofarming and breeding, he said.

Can Tho city willbe an honourary guest of the ACCENTA Flanders InternationalTrade Fair, one of the biggest consumer fairs in Europe, in 2014.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Belgium Pham Sanh Chaustated the seminar is a great opportunity for the city and the MekongDelta region to explore what they need from East Flanders as the regionboasts strong economic potential.
