Chairman the provincial People’s Committee Le Thanh Cung made thestatement during his working session with Dutch Consul General in Ho ChiMinh City Simon Van der Burg in the province on June 26.

Healso affirmed that the local authorities will make every effort acrossthe board to ensure safety for businesses operating in the locality.

Simonsaid that the Vietnamese Government and Binh Duong took effectivemeasures to ensure security, therefore, his country hopes to boostconnection with Vietnam in general and the province in particular in thecoming time.

The guest revealed the plan to further forge links in the high-tech field between Eindhoven city and Binh Duong.

According to Cung, 19 projects with a total registered capital ofnearly 500 million USD invested by the Netherlands are operating in thelocality. They have contributed to fostering the local rapid economicgrowth.-VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
