Cambodia Culture Week to take place next week

The Cambodia Culture Week 2011 will be held in the southern region from Nov. 16-23.

TheArts Performance Organising Centre of the Ministry of Culture, Sportsand Tourism said that during the week, a 35-member ensemble fromCambodia will give four performances during the week.

They willperform special dances, including Apsara and Juba dance (Panpipe),depicting legends and the daily life of Cambodian people as well asVietnamese and Cambodian songs at the opening of the culture week at theHo Chi Minh City Theatre on Nov. 17, the Military Zone 7 Culture Houseon Nov. 18 and in Vinh Long province on Nov. 19 and 20, the centresaid./.
