Addressing theevent, Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son said that a series ofsocio-cultural and artistic events have been organised to celebrate theoccasion.

He said he hoped the two nations would enhance theirwork together in many fields so that their partnership could realise itspotential.

Luxembourg Ambassador to Vietnam Marc Thill praisedthe strong development of Vietnam-Luxembourg ties over the past 40years.

In addition to strengthening political ties throughhigh-level visits, he said that cooperating in education and the arts isone of the priorities of their bilateral agenda.

Thill expressedhis hope that the concert would bring a piece of unique culture fromLuxembourg to Vietnamese audiences.

The event featuredperformances by artists from the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra andworld-famous Luxembourg pianist Francesco Tristano, under the baton ofVietnamese conductor Le Phi Phi.-VNA

“I Love My Country” media campaign launched

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
