Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh cabled his congratulations to Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi. Vietnam and Indonesia set up their diplomatic ties in 1955 and upgraded their comprehensive partnership to a strategic partnership in June 2013.
