Hanoi (VNA) ✃– President Tran Dai Quang on July 4 sent a congratulatory message to Kim Jong-un, Chairman of the Workers’ Party of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, for being elected as head of the State Affairs Commission.
Kim Jong-un was elected as Chairman of the Commission, which was formed to replace the Defence Commission, during the country’s 13th Supreme People’s Assembly’s fourth session that opened on June 29.-VNA
