Hanoi (VNA) – Party General SecretaryNguyen Phu Trong and President Tran Dai Quang have sent messages of congratulationsand baskets of flowers to General Secretary of the Lao People’s RevolutionaryParty (LPRP) and President of Laos Bounnhang Vorachith on the latter’s 80thbirthday.
Bounnhang Vorachith was born on August 15, 1937.
He was elected General Secretary of the LPRP atthe party’s 10th congress in January 2016.-VNA
