Hanoi (VNA) – Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh on November 3 ඣreceived ChineseDeputy Minister of Public Security Fu Zhenghua who is on a working visit toVietnam.

Binh congratulatedthe success of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party ofChina (CPC) and welcomed Fu’s visit during which the two sides will discussissues of mutual concern. He stressed thatVietnam and China boast a long-standing and close-knit traditional relationship,adding that leaders of the two countries have paid various mutual visits andheld meetings over the years to enhance bilateral relations and mutual trust. In the fightagainst crimes, Vietnam and China have also obtained positive results, thereby deepeningtheir traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation, Binh added. For his part, Fubriefed the host on the results of cooperation between the Public SecurityMinistries of China and Vietnam, notably in crime prevention and protection ofhigh-ranking leaders during mutual visits.-VNA
