The first coffee book street was opened in Buon Ma Thuot city of the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak on March 9.

Dak Lak (VNA) –
The first coffee book street was opened in Buon MaThuot city of the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak on March 9.

This is part of the activities of the seventh Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival topromote coffee culture and readership in the “coffee capital” of Vietnam.

Along the street are frescoes about the land, people, culture, and beautifullandscapes of Dak Lak, illustrating the unique features of Central Highlandsethnic groups.

The street is also a venue for cultural exchanges and fork art activities suchas national musical instrument performance and calligraphy.

Earlier on March 8, the province held an art exchange programme with theRepublic of Korea’s Jeollabuk province to strengthen solidarity and friendlycooperation between the two localities.

Korean artisans and cooks will join an activity to make 6,000 traditional ricecakes free for visitors.-VNA
