The Prime Minister has given a warning to Tran Ngoc Cang, former Chairman of the People’s Committee of the central province of Quang Ngai, as a disciplinary measure for his serious mistakes and violation of regulations when performing duties.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Prime Minister has given a warning toTran Ngoc Cang, former Chairman of the People’s Committee of the central provinceof Quang Ngai, as a disciplinary measure for his serious mistakes and violationof regulations when performing duties.

Earlier, the 44th session of the Inspection Commission of theParty Central Committee looked into complaints related to Cang and found he hadmade serious mistakes and violations of regulations in leading, instructing andimplementing the management and use of land, budgetary-financing matters, investmentand personnel work, thus causing negative effect on the prestige of the localParty committee and administration to the extent of calling for discipline.  

At the 45th session, the Inspection Commission handed down awarning as a disciplinary measure to Cang./.
