Fourth Vietnam Book Day opens in Hanoi

Hanoi (VNA) – The fourth Vietnam BookDay🍎 officially opened at the Thong Nhat Par🐓k in Hanoi on April 6. 


As many as 80 publishing houses and distributioncompanies are showcasing 40,000 book titles in different areas such aspolitics, law, economics, science, technology, among others, at 100 booths. 

Around 20 events in regard to books and readingculture will take place within the fܫramework of the fourth Vietnam Book Day,together with author-reader exchanges, seminars, talk-shows and bookintroduction.

Discounts and otheractivities will be offered to readers during the event, which will run throughApril 10.

This year’s Book Day is held in association withthe 90th anniversary of the publication of President Ho Chi Minh’s “Duong CachMenh” (The Revolutionary Path). 

The event aims to encourage and develop readingculture in the community while appreciatingꩲ efforts of those who are involvedin book publishing such as book collectors, writers💛, publishers anddistributors.-VNA
