Globaltrans Air licence granted

Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has authorised the Ministry of Transport to grant a business licence to Globaltrans Air JSC to operate as a general aviation service provider for helicopters.
Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has authorised the Ministry ofTransport to grant a business licence to Globaltrans Air JSC to operateas a general aviation service provider for helicopters.

Thelicence has been granted following a proposal by the transport ministryafter approval from the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry ofPublic Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Arepresentative from the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) saidGlobaltrans Air met all the necessary requirements to operate as ageneral aviation service provider.

The company was established inJuly 2014 in Ho Chi Minh City with charter capital of 100 billion VND(4.7 million USD). Since then, Globaltrans has set up highly-trainedaircraft operation and maintenance teams to guarantee security andsafety.

Globaltrans Air is now the fourth business to operate inthe general helicopter aviation industry in Vietnam. Others include theVietnam Helicopter Corporation, the Vietnam Air Service Company (VASCO)and Hai Au Aviation JSC.-VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
