Hai Phong: New 100 mln USD plant to make electronic spare parts

The Haengsung Electronics Vietnam Ltd Company will build a 100 million USD plant to manufacture electronic spare parts within the Trang Duae industrial zone in the northern city of Hai Phong.
The Haengsung Electronics Vietnam Ltd Company will build a 100million USD plant to manufacture electronic spare parts within the TrangDuae industrial zone in the northern city of Hai Phong.

Covering 10 hectares, the plant is expected to go into operation in January 2017.

Onceoperational, the plant is expected to produce more than 4.77 millionsets of electronic boards, 6.86 million sets of electronic circuitboards for mobile phones, 3.96 million sets of IVI electronic boards andover two million microchips of home appliances, generating jobs forover 500 local workers.

The Haengsung Electronics Vietnam LtdCompany, owned by the Republic of Korea, will be the biggestsatellite factory supplying electronic spare parts for the LGelectronics complex also situated in the zone.-VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
