Maj. Gen. Tran Van Ve, deputy head ofthe Police General Department for Administrative Management of SocialOrder and Safety, said the project is in progress in Da Phuc ward (DuongKinh district) and Tan Tien commune (An Duong district) betweenDecember 2013 and June 2014.
Funded by Hungary’s officialdevelopment assistance, the 10 million EUR (13.8 million USD) projectwill also assist in the issuance of personal identification numbers,making it easier for administrative procedures.
