Hanoi (VNA) – The Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports launched the website Hanoidep.vnon June 3 to call on Hanoians to follow an elegant and civilised lifestyle.

Thewebsite is a special channel focusing on culture, lifestyle and people ofHanoi. It is designed for users above age 16, including Vietnamese and thosewho live overseas.

Itfeatures attractions of the capital city in the past and at present, andintroduces stories about Hanoians, especially their behaviours and civilisedway of living.

Thewebsite also introduces experiences of people living in the city, domestic andforeign tourists.

Besidescurrent columns, web developers aimto create an archive which stores information on Hanoi people’s way of life in achronological order, since the city’s establishment in ancient time.

Readers are able to contribute to the website,which is linked with portal and fan pages of the municipal Department ofCulture and Sports and its affiliates.-VNA

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.
