Hanoians to watch Berlinale’s short films

A festival of short films, which came from Berlin’s International Film Festival, will be shown at Hanoi’s Goethe Institute on July 27-28.
A festival of short films, which came from Berlin’s International FilmFestival, will be shown at Hanoi’s Goethe Institute on July 27-28.

The festival, part of the series, Berlinale Short Goes Exterior, willinclude two programmes showing 11 films from previous Berlinale years.

The first programme focuses on stories about individuals,including isolated people and their lives. The films, from Thailand,India, Germany, Brazil and Italy, act as mirrors that reflectrelationships.

The next programme will feature films fromMexico, Romania, the Netherlands, Spain, France and Poland, that dealwith separation and the way different people deal with it.-VNA

Vietnam re-elected to 2005 UNESCO Convention’s Intergovernmentꦓal Committee

The exhibition showcases more than 100 valuable documents and artifacts, divided into two main parts: “Journalist Nguyen Ai Quoc – Ho Chi Minh” and “President Ho Chi Minh – Founder and Mentor of Vietnamese Revolutionary Press.” This is an opportunity to recall the late leader’s journalism journey and affirm his exceptional role in founding and guiding the revolutionary press in Vietnam.
