HCM City (VNA)✤ - HCM City authorities have given approval to five new housing projects worth a total of 4.6 trillion VND (206 million USD).

The Tay Development Company is the investor in a residential project worth 355 billion VND on Nha Be District’s Nguyen Huu Tho Street. It is expected to be completed in two years.
Another project, which is social housing on Pham Van Hoi Street in District 12, is valued at 1.1 trillion VND. The investor, Thuan Kieu Service Corp, received approval from the city to carry out the project over a 42-month period. The Nova Sagel Company also received approval to build a housing and commercial complex project on Phu Nhuan District’s Pho Quang Street. The project is expected to be completed in three years, with total investment of 1.77 trillion VND.
In addition, the Nova Festival Corporation will be in charge of an office and apartment complex project on Hoang Minh Giam Street in Phu Nhuan District. The project, which costs 869 billion VND, is slated for completion in three years. The fifth one, a low-rise housing project in District 9, worth 531 billion VND, will be carried out by Khang Viet Company over three years.-VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
