According to head of Karangesem police, the accident occurred 10 minutes after the boat carrying 35 people, including five crew members, departed from a port in the western part of Bali to Lombok's famous holiday destination Gili Trawangan island.
Injured people were transported to Denpasar hospital in Bali. The case is under investigation.
