Hanoi (VNA) – Businesses from Italy’s Trentoprovince have shown their interest in Vietnam’s investment incentives, especiallyin technology, electro-mechanics, green agriculture, forestry andpharmaceuticals, which are their strengths.
They attended the Vietnam-Trento Economic Cooperation Forum organised duringVietnam’s ambassador to Italy Cao Chinh Thien’s visit to the province fromDecember 15-17.
On a working session on December 16, Ambassador Thien and Bruno Dorigatti, Chairmanof the Trento legislative council, discussed bilateral issues and agreed thatgood bilateral relationship is a favourable condition for furtheringcooperation between localities of the two countries.
The Trento official appreciated ambassador Thien’srecommendation on Trento and northern Phu Tho province becoming twin localitiesand his plan on a trip for a Phu Tho province delegation to visit Trento in thesecond quarter of 2017.
