The performance, to open the Italy-Vietnam Programme 2011, willbe joined by flutist Le Thu Huong from the Vietnam National Academy ofMusic, the Italian Embassy in Vietnam said at a press briefing in Hanoion April 22. Born in Turin in 1955, LudovicoEinaudi began his musical training in composition and piano at the MilanConservatory before furthering his studies under the instruction ofLuciano Berio, one of the most famous composers in the 20 th century.
With soft, meditative and often introspective melodiescoupled with elegant performing style, Einaudi has drawn a large numberof audiences all over the world over the past two decades. He hascreated music for a series of films, which won him four internationalawards./.
