Italy introduces leather, footwear products, technologies in HCM City

Apart from showcasing adiverse range of products and advanced technologies in the leather and footwearindustry, the Italian firms also strengthen trade connections with businessesfrom participating countries and territories at the event, particularly with Vietnamesemanufacturers.
FabioDe Cillis, Trade Commissioner at the Italy Trade Office in Vietnam, said asthis year marks the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Italy diplomaticties, Italy wants to make the most of this opportunity to leave an impressionon the two sides’ activities. Earlier, the office held several trade and industrialpromotion events in Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City in particular.
Laterthis year, it plans to draw Italian enterprises to the International Processing, Packaging Exhibition and Conference in Vietnam (ProPak Vietnam), the Vietnam International WoodworkingIndustry Fair (VietnamWood) and encourage Vietnamese firms to join fairs andexhibitions in Italy.
