Kuala Lumpur (VNA) - The Malaysian multinational automotive company Proton's first electric vehicle (EV), the e.MAS 7, is now open for booking.

As reported by the country’s national news agency Bernama, it is expected to be priced from 120,000 MYR (27,625 USD).

The company has offered early birds a pioneer privilege deal that comes with a 500 MYR rebate and a gift pack worth 1,000 MYR.

The e.MAS 7’s front-mounted electric motor produces 16🐼0 kW and 320 Nm of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometre per hour in 6.9 seconds🐼./.
