Moscow (VNA) – A meeting marking the 88th founding anniversary ofthe Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) was held in Moscow, Russia onMarch 23.
A video clipwas screened at the event to introduce participants to the history anddevelopment of HCYU and its activities in Russia over the past two decades. TheHCYU in Russia is the largest of its kind abroad with 5 municipal chapters, 14inter-chapters and 38 chapters grouping over 4,000 members.
PermanentVice Secretary of the HCYU’s Civil Affairs Committee in Russia Nguyen Xuan Hoandelivered a letter of congratulations by First Secretary of the HCYU CentralCommittee Le Quoc Phong.

Withoutstanding achievements in HCYU work and youth movement 2018 such asVietnamese Students’ Sport Festival in Moscow in 2018 summer, “Ring the GoldenBell” programme, Obninsk camp, voluntary student movement, many HCYU chaptersand members were awarded with certificates of merit by the HCYU CentralCommittee and HCYU’s Civil Affairs Committee.
