Nghe An (VNA) – A military aircraft went down in Duavillage of Nghia Yen commune, Nghia Dan district, the central province of NgheAn, around noon on July 26.
The aircraft is believed to have taken off fromthe Sao Vang airfield in Tho Xuan district of neighbouring Thanh Hoa province.
There hasn’t been any information aboutcasualties, but debris at the scene show that the plane had exploded.
Ongoing rain in Nghia Yen commune is hamperingefforts to access the crash site and address consequences.
Local authorised units are coordinating withforces of the Ministry of National Defence and the Air Defence-Air ForceService to protect the scene of the accident, which is about 100km from Vinhcity of Nghe An.-VNA
A helicopter crashed on April 20 in Marowali Regency of Indonesia's Central Sulawesi province, leaving one dead and nine injured, including six Chinese citizens, said spokesman for the Ministry of Transport Bambang Ervan.
